My client, a leading provider of specialist IT services to the banking*finance industries currently seek a dynamic Technical Support Consultant to join their contract team.
Working on various issues relating to performance and stability, your role will cover technical analysis, troubleshooting and design*implementation. This will be a varied role, with a lot of customer-facing work, and it requires a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong expertise in both Systems and Network Support. A sound overall knowledge of ethernet switching, IP routing and firewall technologies is required, as well as good working knowledge of Windows Server(s) and Active Directory.
